OMNI divests offshore business to advance onshore environmental logistics position
CARENCRO, La. – January 1, 2026 — OMNI Environmental Solutions, a leading provider of comprehensive environmental water management and logistics solutions to U.S. oil and gas operators, has closed on a strategic agreement to sell its Trussco offshore environmental cleaning and corrosion remediation business to the Muehlhan Group, a global company, based in Hamburg, Germany.

The Trussco divestiture is aligned with OMNI’s transformational, value-focused, management strategy aimed at long-term growth and enhanced capital efficiency. It represents another monumental milestone in OMNI’s future trajectory.
