CARENCRO, La. – March 9, 2023 — OMNI has announced that it is realigning its operating structure from nine brands to six geographically defined units beginning in March. The streamlined structure will strengthen long-term growth potential and enhance operational efficiency.

Concurrent with the realignment, OMNI will enhance and synchronize its management talent to solidify and expand regional positions.

The realignment follows a thorough assessment of geographic resources best situated to strengthen competitiveness in the Company’s primary business lines.

“This restructuring refines OMNI’s focus on our core environmental equipment and solutions businesses,” President and CEO Courtney Brackin said. “By concentrating on our premium geographic segments, we enhance our ability to leverage scale and resources to optimally meet customers’ needs. We also fortify our competitive advantage with agility and flexibility to anticipate and respond to market conditions.”

The six geographic units are:

  • Rockies, consisting of WISCO Inc. and Trucking operations in North Dakota, Montana and Wyoming
  • Northeast, consisting of FORCE’s operations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia
  • Mid-Continent, consisting of A&A Tank Truck operations in Oklahoma
  • ETex, consisting of Charles Holston, Inc. operations in South Louisiana, East Texas and South Texas
  • WTex, consisting of Purity’s operations in West Texas, North Texas and New Mexico
  • Gulf of Mexico, consisting of Trussco and Charles Holston operations in the offshore Gulf of Mexico

Concurrent with the restructuring, OMNI has named the following managers to lead the regional operations, each of whom will report directly to Brackin.

Regional Managers Soren Bostad, Travis Nebeker, Jon Norby and Manager Administration Kevin Cole will lead the Rockies operations, focusing on environmental transportation and disposal, and well intervention equipment and services in the Bakken and Powder River regions.

Regional Manager Christopher Force will lead the Northeast operations with a focus on environmental transportation and disposal in the Marcellus/Utica.

Regional Manager Marshall Brackin will lead the Mid-Continent operations. The MidCon focus will be environmental transportation and disposal in the Scoop/Stack, Merge and other Anadarko Basin plays.

Regional Manager Leonard Dupuis will lead ETex operations and will focus on environmental transportation, processing, recycling and disposal in the Haynesville, Eagle Ford and southwest Louisiana.

Regional Manager Richard Kinney will lead WTex operations focusing on water transfer, environmental equipment, transportation, and wellsite coordination in the Permian and Barnett plays.

Regional managers Brian Fontenot and Floyd Boudreaux will lead the Gulf of Mexico operations, focusing on offshore environmental cleaning, disposal and corrosion services.

“Each of these managers has demonstrated strong, in-depth knowledge of his assigned business and market,” Brackin said. “Each one has consistently produced successful results through determination, resilience and drive. I am confident in their ability to effectively lead growth and diversification in their areas. It gives me great pleasure to welcome each of them to our core leadership team. Please join me in congratulating them in their new roles.”
