Field Safety Manager Shannon Thomas served for four years in the U.S. Navy as a turboprop engine mechanic and another four years in the National Guard. “The only limits we have are the ones we place on ourselves,” became her life mantra. She has lived it throughout her service in Iraq and in her roles as an operations manager and safety manager in the oil patch.
