Acquisition expands OMNI’s market-leading position as comprehensive provider of cost-effective environmental solutions
NEW YORK – March 28, 2019 – One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, OMNI Environmental Solutions (“OMNI”), a provider of cost-effective environmental services to energy producers in the U.S., has completed the acquisition of Force Environmental Solutions, LLC (“Force” or “the Company”). Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Indiana, Pa., Force is an independent provider of environmental equipment, transportation and services to energy producers in the northeast U.S. The Company, formerly known as Force Inc., employs 250 workers who provide turnkey services to gas and oil exploration and production companies in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions.

Force will continue to operate as an OMNI-owned and operated company, under the brand name Force Environmental Solutions. OMNI and its operating brands have been providing safe, cost-effective waste, water, cleaning, disposal and related solutions to oil and gas operators for more than 30 years.

OEP acquired OMNI, formerly known as Gibson U.S. Environmental Services, through a corporate carveout transaction from Gibson Energy Inc. in July 2018.
