Roustabout – WISCO

Summary Description: Clean oil well sites, transport and store materials, install and repair equipment.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Report for work at a scheduled time.
2. Clean well site throughout shift by hauling debris away.
3. Clean any spills.
4. Operate machinery for proper disposal of waste and moving materials.
5. Transport and store materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
6. Load and off load equipment.
7. Set and connect pipe. Install engines and pumps to set flow lines.
8. Inspect equipment.
9. Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
10. Complete necessary paperwork as required by the state and the company.
11. Wear the PPE prescribed by posted signs, written instructions and work permits.
12. Report all accidents and near misses, involving self, company vehicles, or other job personnel to his / her supervisor immediately.
13. Must have regular and timely attendance at work.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must meet substance abuse screening requirement.
2. Is willing and able to work overtime, shift work, rotating schedules, irregular hours, nights, weekends, and / or holidays as business needs may require.
3. Meets physical requirements.
4. Has knowledge of equipment being used and the ability to perform maintenance on the equipment.
5. Must hold a current, insurable motor vehicle operator’s license. (CDL not required)
