Summary Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Technology Analyst that will strengthen our mobile device management environment (AirWatch), lead Field Technology project implementations, and work with vendors and customers alike to remain compliant with mandates and to meet the needs of the business. This person will also work directly with operations management and CMV drivers to ensure proper training and support of Field Technology efforts. In addition, this position will also configure and support IoT devices including PLC devices as well as cameras and DVR/NVR systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, maintain, support, and optimize the AirWatch mobile cloud environment
  • Create, manage, and test new Mobile Configuration profiles
  • Work with various departments across the US to build new use cases into the AirWatch environment as required
  • Ensure that all mobile devices and activations are in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment
  • Manage and deploy customer, public, and enterprise apps for all mobile devices
  • Collaborate with customers for installations, deployments, and troubleshooting of customer apps and new AirWatch releases
  • Evaluate new OS mobile device releases to ensure continue functionality of customer, public, and enterprise apps
  • Configure and oversee DVR/NVR and cameras across the US
  • Prioritize and execute tasks, in a time-sensitive environment
  • Lead future integration efforts for the AirWatch mobile cloud environment
  • With managerial oversight, leads small to medium-sized projects
  • Configuration of camera systems and other field technologies
  • Manage project efforts in conjunction with PLC/IoT vendors

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant AirWatch experience
  • AirWatch Professional Certification desired

Support Based Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and working through resolution options
  • Coordinate issue resolution activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Communicate with users / stakeholders on status of issue resolution

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred.
  • At least 6 – 10 years of related experience
