This role will deliver support to all departments and end users related to application implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and overall performance..

Example of Duties

  • Support 3rd party applications, integrations and manage the vendor relationship related to account management and escalations.
  • Collaborate and facilitate business discussions to understand the opportunity/problem.
  • Understand and document business processes, information, and system requirements.
  • Work with users, vendors, and other stakeholders to determine, document, and build Application processes.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement for existing interfaces and propose/implement changes to improve those processes.
  • Familiarity with development guidelines and standards for system deployment, testing, revisions, and updates.
  • Provide Tier III support for escalations related to application functionality, installation, and upgrade requirements.
  • Support end-user inquiries related to application incidents and new requests utilizing a ticketing system to create, modify, track, and update tickets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
  • Experience with ERP, ECM, and CRM applications preferred.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
